We are looking for doctors to join the Clinical Team at MedShr – the world’s leading clinical case discussion platform. This is an ideal role for someone looking to make the transition from clinical medicine to digital health or industry.
MedShr is looking for self-starter, motivated and enthusiastic junior doctors to join the team as Clinical Managers and Advisors. You will work closely with the Community and Partnerships Teams, supporting partnership delivery, clinical content development, member engagement and communications. The role includes support for educational partnerships and you will be the in-house voice for clinical advice and review.
The role offers training and experience in business development and digital health technology. Whilst we help to nurture your talent, you get to help improve healthcare and develop the future of medical education.
Please note: We are also flexible on start dates and open to applicants who may want to join later in the year.
Partnerships and business development:
Support the Partnerships Team in defining objectives and creating proposals for current and future partners
Pitch to potential clients around the clinical and educational aspects of MedShr
Lead and coordinate partnership delivery and partner account management, including educational programme design, educational objective development and the curation and moderation of clinical content
Support partnership reporting, including thematic reports on case discussions and engagement metrics
Engagement and content:
Support in the curation and management of clinical content
Pitch and engage doctors in MedShr at meetings, events, on calls and via email and social media
Manage clinical communications with MedShr members by specialty
Clinical advice and review:
Clinical review of medical communications, including for marketing, social media and partnerships
Manage the MedShr CPD accreditation process
Successful candidates will
Be a qualified (MBBS or equivalent) doctor who has confidence across the full spectrum of medical specialties to at least Foundation Level competency
Be proactive and flexible, ready to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Be self-motivated and driven to constantly improve and optimise content and engagement strategy
Be organised and capable of effectively prioritising workload
Demonstrate critical thinking needed to create content and manage a diverse range of responsibilities with accuracy and creativity
Have highly developed analytical skills
Postgraduate level medical/dental knowledge
Experience with medical content creation and education highly desirable

- Final Stage - Conversation with CEO and or MedShr Senior Team
Our salary for this role is based on experience and with performance-related bonus. We usually start our clinical mangers between 40-45k per annum inline with CT2 pay scale.
We also provide discretionary share options for all MedShr employees after probation is complete.
For this role we can offer a hybrid approach with office and remote working, however full time employees to be office based at least two days per week in the London office.
