Your skills and experience:

The position of Programs Director has responsibility for managing the day-to-day execution of commercially supported clinical education programs. The Programs Director will ensure project processes are followed, deliverables align with original specifications, and projects are on time, and key milestones are met. To apply for this position you will need prior experience working in the medical communications industry or in the delivery of pharma-funded medical education initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

Successful Candidates will have:

• Educated to degree level, or above

• A minimum of two years proven experience as a program manager or director

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, commercial or medical education sector e.g. as an Account or Project Manager

• Proven experience in building strong external and internal relationships in a local and global capacity

• Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple local and global clients

• Solid time management and organisational skills, with the ability to efficiently coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment

• Solid project management skills with the ability to be responsible for your projects

• Great organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects

• Excellent communication (verbal and written)

• Relationship building skills

• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and very high energy with a willingness to accept varied projects

• Attention to detail

• Comfortable with presenting to clients and internal teams

• The ability to think on your feet to deal with unforeseen issues, manage conflicting interests between teams and identify compromise
