About this role:
We are looking for experienced Partnerships Managers responsible for building a healthy partnership pipeline, including lead generation, prospecting, sales meetings and product demonstrations.

Work closely with the senior team to generate, develop and manage sales leads and pipelines
Prospect new clients by networking, email, telephone, social media and other means of generating interest
Set up meetings with potential clients and partners
Support the development of client proposals and outreach materials
Communicate MedShr and MedShr Learning’s value proposition, with messaging tailored to the prospect’s position
Create and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
Collaborate closely with our Community and Clinical teams
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, MedShr’s solutions and services, competitor offerings and MedShr's differentiation
Successful Candidates will have:
We are open to applicants from all industries, however the role would best suit an individual with sales experience in an oEd Tech start-up, online learning, medical education or medical publishing.
Have a proven track record in a sales / business development role
Have experience in HealthTech, EdTech, medical education or medical publishing
Have a professional, engaging manner, and confidence communicating with senior stakeholders in writing, on the phone and on video calls
Be organised, adaptable and capable of effectively prioritizing workload
Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative
Demonstrate an exceptionally high level of attention to detail
Be articulate and engaging in English (written and spoken)
Be digitally savvy, with ability to quickly develop mastery of new apps and platforms
Be comfortable working within strict guidelines and deadlines
Be passionate and knowledgeable about healthcare and medical education
Solid project management skills with the ability to be responsible for your projects
Great organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Relationship building skills
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and very high energy with a willingness to accept varied projects
Attention to detail
Comfortable with presenting to clients and internal teams
The ability to think on your feet to deal with unforeseen issues, manage conflicting interests between teams and identify compromise
Our salary budget is 35k to 48k.
For this role we can offer a hybrid approach, with either 1 or 2 days in the London Office.
