About this role
We are looking for a commercially minded Partnerships Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be part of an international company that is changing how doctors connect and learn.
Your Mission
To support our growth within our commercial team across both business development and account management.
Your skills and experience: .
We are open to applicants from all industries. Candidates should at least one year of sales experience in a business-to-business environment. Strong communication skills are a must, along with a keen eye for detail and an ability to multitask .
Ideally, successful candidates will have experience across the MS Office suite, along with B2B sales tools covering tasks such as email outreach.
In addition, candidates will benefit from an understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical device landscape (MedShr’s commercial clients).
Your responsibilities
Business development focus
Conducting prospecting research, e.g. reviewing the latest drug development news to identify potential Commercial targets
Generating and qualifying leads based on research conducted
Draft outbound email and LinkedIn copy to secure meetings with potential clients
Executing outbound email campaigns and LinkedIn activity and securing meetings for account leads
Supporting the development of outreach materials e.g. newsletters

Supporting development of client proposals including forecasting program performance
Collaborating with our community and clinical teams to inform business development activities
Account management focus
Developing mock ups of MedShr Commercial program materials for client review and approval
Liaising with agencies and clients to implement feedback and changes requested
Support on the launch and delivery of HCP education and digital advisory board programs
Successful Candidates will be:
Be a commercially minded problem solver
Be able to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously
Have at least 1 year of experience in business-to-business sales or hold a relevant degree
Have strong written and spoken English skills
Have great attention to detail
Be able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders (clients, doctors, internal teams)
Be able to work autonomously with oversight, with a focused and results-driven approach
Be excited about being a part of, and scaling, a start-up
Are not afraid of hard work, and are resilient
Are naturally curious, willing to learn, and fast to adapt to situations
Are comfortable with some levels of uncertainty
Desirable: Experience in, or understanding of, the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors

Our salary is extremely competitive. For this role our range 25-30k per annum,

For this role we can offer a hybrid approach, with either 1 or 2 days in the London Office.
🌴 Base holiday
33 days base holiday (25 days + 8 bank holidays)

MedShr will contribute a generous 5% to your pension
