About this role:

We are looking for an experienced Data & Insight Analyst to join our growing team as we expand our commercial partnerships with leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Your Mission:

Reporting into the Program Director, the right candidate will be able to use SQL to create dashboards, analyse and interpret data for customer insight reports, and hold strong communication skills to present information to stakeholders.

Your skills and experience: 

We are open to applicants from all industries, however the role would best suit someone with analyst skills from a health tech environment. 

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and utilise dashboards for our commercial programs

• Track and analyse the data, make data driven recommendations on how we can improve our program metrics

• Build client insight reports and present the data to stakeholders (both internal and external), telling a story and highlighting the value of MedShr

• Make improvements to reporting and processes, build a culture of data efficiency

• Support Community team with digital campaign configuration, delivery and tracking (training provided)

• Working as part of a cross-functional team of Clinical, Commercial, Community and Technical specialists

Successful Candidates will have:

• 2+ years of experience in a professional Data Analyst role

• Ability to visualise data that tells a story and communicate relevant points of the analysis clearly

• Fluent in SQL and Excel, and experienced with analytics visualisation tools (eg. Google DataStudio)

• A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a track record of on-time project delivery

• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Enjoy startup environments and have an interest in healthcare/health tech

  Desirable: SQL, Start-up experience, app experience, creative skills in Sketch, Canva or Photoshop

Our salary is extremely competitive. For this role our range is 25 to 35k, dependent on experience.

For this role we can offer a hybrid approach, with either 1 or 2 days in the London Office.
